If you are not continuing for the fall semester and select summer housing, your move out date will July 28, 2013. Please note, summer housing charges will be posted to your studentaccount within 2-3 weeks. You must sign your summer housing contract before keys will be provided to your space. The dates listed on your contract are not your move-in or move-out dates, the dates are associated with the University's designated summer term dates ONLY.
If you are continuing for the summer semester, you will reassgined/space changed into your fall assignment at some point during the summer session. It is our hope to have you move only once from your spring assignment into your fall 2013 assignment. This may not be possible in all situations.
Late fall applicants will be assigned based on application submission dates. You will receive notification of your fall and/or summer assignment(s) to your email account.
If you submit your housing application by June 15, 2013, you will receive notification of your fall assignment no later than July 8, 2013. If you submit your housing application after June 15, 2013, you will notification of your fall assignment no later than July 29, 2013. Your housing assignment is subject to change for various reasons including: late processed cancellations, roommate requests, special needs requests, consolidation, etc. If your housing assignment does change, you will receive notificaiton.
